Jennifer’s role as CEO & Managing Director is to push HCA to reach its potential — be creative, effective and deliver only the highest quality career and executive coaching. Day-to-day, she provides leadership through strategy development, effective management of resources, and team development. Jennifer also provides training and certification to all the company’s career and leadership coaches, resulting in the consistent delivery of excellence.

Jennifer has assisted hundreds of individuals, from managers to the C-suite, as they onboard into new roles, follow promotions, and lead change. She has a “sweet spot” for high potential leaders who aspire to reach their potential, have a fierce desire to learn and grow, and who want to positively impact the future state of their organizations. Jennifer has also designed and implemented powerful leadership systems that provide her clients with both a model for leadership and a framework for development, enabling individuals and teams to increase their adaptive capacity.
