As VP, Leadership Strategy with Hazell & Collins Associates (HCA), Marilyn Osborne’s goal is to build and support the growth of a high-quality, relationship-driven leadership development and coaching practice. Her practice area expertise encompasses executive coaching, cohort/team development, leadership assessment and career strategy. Marilyn’s role also spans new product research and development and the leadership of a team of diverse and inspired coaches. As an experienced Executive Coach, her mission is to partner with clients in raising their performance as leaders so they bring out the best in the people around them – and create outcomes that matter. Marilyn co-creates leadership solutions with organizations, to address their leadership challenges while delivering exceptional coaching and facilitation.

 

Marilyn’s professional journey spans a variety of leadership roles including Chartered Accountant, Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy Consultant, Senior Associate in Executive Search, and subsequently co-owner of an Executive Search practice. Throughout her career she was recognized for building strong relationships with clients, for delivering business results and for positively impacting internal work cultures as a mentor and leader. She has 20 years’ experience in the Professional Services and Financial Services sector and sat on the Board of Executives, International Coach Federation, serving as Chair of the 2015 PRISM Awards, and in 2016 as a PRISM Award Judge. She currently serves on the Board of the Toronto Organization Development Network as their Director, Program Planning. She has delivered leadership and executive coaching across both private and public sectors, including in financial services, not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare, professional services, technology and manufacturing, and executive search services to the C-Suite level in the consumer packaged goods, mining, pharmaceutical, hospitality and biotech industries.
